Black tears spiced rum : 50 ml
Pineapple marmalade : 1 spoon
Cold brew coffee : 45 ml
Lime juice : 10 ml
Tonic water : top up (30 ml)

Method: In a mixing glass add dissolve the marmalade with the rum, add the other ingredient at the exception of the tonic, single strain into an highball over ice (the larger the cubes are the better it is), top up with tonic .
Cold brew recipe:
100 g of grounded coffee (larger grain than usual , sugar grain like)
1 l of water
Let it infuse in the fridge for 24 hours, filter, ready.
