60 ml Black Tears
10 ml Cinnamon Oleo (Oleo Saccharum made in 24H, in the fridge in a zip bag from 250 g sugar, peel of 5 lemon and 3 lime with 6 cracked cinnamon sticks added)
1 small bar spoon fresh ginger juice
15 ml fresh lime juice
Shake then strain into a double old fashioned glass
Top up with 45 ml Salty Grapefruit Soda
Garnish with grapefruit zest – which previously is used to perfume the top of the drink.
