3,5 cl Black Tears rum
2,5 cl Bitter (prefered Gran Classico)
1,5 cl Amaro (prefered Ramazotti)
0,5 cl brown sugar syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters

Glass: Old-Fashioned with one block of ice
Garnish: Orange zest (discard) & Orangette (orange zest “”confit”” & coated with dark chocolate)
